Second, the national weather forecast
During the Mid-Autumn National Day holiday, it was rainy in Sichuan Basin, Jianghan, Huanghuai, eastern Qinghai and eastern Gansu. The rainy days in eastern Sichuan Basin and southwestern Shaanxi can last for 4 ~ 7 days. There are moderate to heavy rains in northeastern Sichuan, northern Chongqing, western Hubei, western Henan and northern Guizhou, with local heavy rains and strong convective weather such as short-term heavy precipitation. The accumulated precipitation in most parts of the country is 30 ~ 60mm, and it is 100 ~ 200mm in northeastern Sichuan, southwestern Shaanxi and northern Chongqing, with the local area exceeding 250mm.
Iii. Impact analysis and suggestions
1. Strengthen the prevention of the impact of rainy weather on traffic safety. Staged rainy weather will make the road surface wet and slippery, and rainy and foggy low visibility weather will cause driving sight distance deviation, which poses great risks to transportation and holiday travel safety; It is necessary to strengthen traffic guidance during the peak period of holiday travel to avoid serious congestion.
2. Pay attention to the disaster risk of strong local rainfall. There are rainy days in the early stage of the holiday, and the soil is easy to be too wet and soft. From the evening of the 4th to the 5th, attention should be paid to prevent secondary disasters such as geological disasters and urban waterlogging caused by heavy rainfall in Xiangxi, Zhangjiajie, northwest Changde, south Yueyang and eastern Changsha.
3. Pay attention to prevent the influence of windy weather. From the evening of the 4th to the 5th, there may be 4 ~ 5 winds in rivers, lakes and high-altitude areas, with local gusts above 7. It is necessary to strengthen the investigation of hidden dangers in water transportation, high-altitude scenic spots and outdoor recreation facilities, and strengthen the safety protection work.
4. Pay attention to prevent the impact of continuous rainy weather on agriculture. Since the 20th, there has been a persistent "cold dew wind" in some areas of northern Hunan and central Hunan. The persistent low temperature will affect the heading, pollination and filling of late rice, which may increase the empty shell rate. Attention should be paid to strengthening deep water irrigation and spraying foliar fertilizer to reduce the risk of yield reduction.
5. Pay attention to prevent strong cooling effects. From 30th to 1st October, the temperature in the province dropped slightly; After 4 days, the highest temperature in the province will drop to 20℃ and below. Attention should be paid to prevent the adverse effects of strong cooling on public travel in high altitude areas.
