　　Full-time price inspectors shall be appointed by the price staff of the price departments at all levels and the competent business departments.

　　Part-time price inspectors are selected from the staff of finance, taxation, banking and industrial and commercial administrative departments at all levels.

　　Voluntary price inspectors are invited by the price departments at all levels to be employees of local organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions, retired veteran cadres, old workers and old party member.

　　Full-time, part-time and compulsory price inspectors must be active and enthusiastic, upright in style, able to adhere to principles, seeking truth from facts, law-abiding, and unselfish.

For example, the cheapest GPS chip may be about two dollars, while the chip price of the Beidou system may still be generally around 100 yuan due to mass production and other reasons. She wants to crack this unencrypted civil code signal, which is actually not technically difficult. From the perspective of scientific research, it is a problem of signal detection and estimation.
