The adjustment of policies related to nucleic acid detection and antigen detection in novel coronavirus is hereby notified as follows:
First, to further reduce the price of "novel coronavirus nucleic acid detection" and "novel coronavirus antigen detection" projects, the specific standards are detailed in the Annex. This price is the highest guidance price, and it is not allowed to go up or down.
Two, the relevant institutions should strictly implement the price policy in accordance with the principle of providing services before charging corresponding fees. Simply conducting nucleic acid or antigen testing shall not charge outpatient medical service fees.
Three, the settlement between the relevant departments and the nucleic acid testing institutions, sampling does not belong to the testing institutions, can be paid in accordance with the price standard after deducting the sampling service fee, or entrust the testing institutions to pay the sampling service personnel; Nucleic acid detection reagents (including sampling instruments) are determined according to the actual purchase price. The compensation standards for nucleic acid detection in novel coronavirus of CDC and other relevant units shall be adjusted accordingly in accordance with this notice.
Four, this notice shall be implemented as of June 12, 2022.
